www.coolhunting.com is amazing. If you're into innovative art/design/thinking it'll blow your mind. They also have all of their video content available as a video podcast on itunes.
www.wk.com - Wieden+Kennedy is an independent, creatively led advertising agency blah blah blah.... but they do the coolest stuff. and I'm not even talking about their big name client stuff. (think Nike, Starbucks, Coca-Cola, Honda, ESPN) What I'm talking about is their blogs and their behind the scenes stuff, especially for their Portland offices. They really understand how creatives work (i.e. not 9-5, not in cubicles, free-range and lots of fun.)
I would love to work in a place like this.
